App on the Road does not process personal data because no personal data can be left on our website. We also do not use social media plugins.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under 16 years old, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.

To ensure that data access requests are made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID document with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after receipt of your request.
App on the Road also wishes to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
